It's about that time again!!!
Black Steel Entertainment Magazine's "Your Time To Shine" Contest is coming back this year with new rules and new prizes.Our "Your Time To Shine" contest was created to give all independent artists the opportunity to shine like the stars they were born to be.
Last time we gave the winner of the contest the front page of our New Year's Issue. This time around the winner of the "Your Time To Shine" contest will win the cover of our June 2018 issue in order to give us more time to promote the winner and their work.
